Pastry Features:
For the healthy babes with a sweet tooth, this is an absolute must in place of any “comfort food”. Made mainly of oats and a good amount of prunes, the sweetness of the cake is naturally enhanced with only a tinge of honey. This cake can be used as a breakfast or meal substitute; a general concern is when you cannot get enough of it!!

Main Ingredient:
Oats, Prunes (can be substituted with raisins), brown sugar, flour, milk, eggs, honey.

There is no preservatives added to this cake, hence please take note that this cake is best eaten fresh. Due to its high Oats content, the cake does get hard after a day. It is advised to microwave any slice for a few seconds before consumption.
