Type of Pastry: Balls of bitesize cake coated with dark choco and individually wrapped and tied with ribbon

Pastry Features:
Cake balls are small spheres of reconstituted cake crumbs, coated with chocolate or frosting. They are made by blending cake crumbs with icing, shaping them to form a ball and then dipping them in a coating, such as melted dark or milk or white chocolate.

Main Ingredient:
Egg, flour, brown sugar, dark/milk/white chocolate, skim milk, cream
{This contains traces of nuts and dairy products}

Price:
$2.50 per cake pop or $28 per dozen cake pops
{All proceeds go to A21 Campaign}

Cake pop is a bitesize moist cake dipped in chocolate and served on a lollipop stick.… so you won’t feel guilty eating one bite (^_~)v
